The owner of a trucking business in Houston, Texas arrived at his still-under-construction facility to discover a burglar inside. A physical altercation between the owner and thief ensued. Eventually the owner drew a firearm and shot the criminal, ending the struggle. The thief later died at a nearby hospital.
