- 4 Tenderized Butterflied Venison Back Strap
- 2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1.2 cup Flour
- Vegetable Oil
Add the flour, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs in a gallon bag for the breading and shake.
Whisk milk and eggs into a bowl. Dip the back strap in the bowl.
Add the back strap into the bag of breading and shake.
Fire up a skillet with vegetable oil on medium to high heat. Once hot, fry each back strap for about 4-5 minutes a side or until golden brown.
Remove and let sit on paper towel on plate to cool. Enjoy!
